1. When will you get more stock in of <this item>?
Ah, don’t you wish you could teleport?! I wish I could too. When a restock is planned, we always add it to the product title. If there’s no date, unfortunately a restock isn’t planned. But send a message if you really need a certain item, Debbie seems to have a special way to get certain items here and in your hands.
2. Where is my order?
As a small and lean team, it's just Debbie and Janine here. Janine will help you with any questions you may have.
3. Same day shipping
Any orders in before 11am that are all in stock - will ship same day :)
4. Where is my preorder?
Sometimes things are out of our control and this affects delivery dates. We have had issues with the recent port strikes and cyber attacks on our wharf, it has unfortunatly delayed things. We are working to get your order to you ASAP. If you'd like to chat through options, please do reach out and we will do the best to help you.
